Returns Policy

We strive to provide the best customer service to ensure your return will be handled with care as long as there's an adequate reason for it and a mutual level of understanding between both parties.

* All items bought from our online store can be returned and refund issued as long as the return was requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.

* At this moment we do not offer free returns shipping therefore the responsibility of selecting an adequate delivery service and cost we consider the customers' responsibility.

* Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned at our physical store in person. Once the returns form is issued they must be posted to:
